PLD-C Recognition Award 2013 Copenhagen
We are happy to announce that the Community of Lighting Design Professionals supports the concept of our distance learning course Lighting Design: The study programme has been shortlisted by the jury of the Professional Lighting Designer Convention (PLD-C) for the PLD-C Recognition award in the category education!

The intent of the Award for Education is to recognize the individual / institution that has made a significant impact in the field of Architectural Lighting Design through the installation and execution of an education programme or education initiatives to raise the quality of education and/or further the recognition of qualified professionals.The PLDC Recognition Awards format is not based on submitted entries. A Call for Nominations was issued by the PLDC team of organisers. All nominations were discussed and short listed for the Award out together by a jury consisting of experienced professionals from the international lighting design community. The Professional Lighting Design Convention PLDC 2013 Copenhagen concludes with a Grand Gala Evening on 2 November 2013 at which the Professional Lighting Design Recognition Awards will be presented.So let’s keep our fingers crossed that we will be the winner of the PLD Recognition Award in Copenhagen in October!
