Why did you decide to study the professional master programme Architectural Lighting and Design Management?
"I was looking to expand my current skill set in the field of Architectural Lighting. Being from a Management background, I needed to create a value add in the field of lighting design. To ensure increased contribution to the projects I am working on and will be working on, from my side, the program at Wismar fit in perfectly to gain the right level of knowledge in the field of lighting design."
What are the benefits you experienced during the study, professionally and personally?
"Professionally speaking, the networking that one can do here, is quite uncommon else where in the world. Personally, apart from meeting people of varied cultures, owing to their immense experience, you get to access a vast knowledge base. Last but not the least, you make the best of friends here."

How do you like the study concept, self-directed study combined with on campus seminars (workshop weeks, excursions)?
"The study concept at Wismar is unlike any other that I’ve seen and it was one of the reasons that prompted me to opt for this course. The plan is very well balanced and prepares the students for proficiencies of the field."
How do you deal about the exchange and cooperation with your study colleagues and lecturers?
"Having worked with my study colleagues exceptionally well, even though we belonged to three different time zones, is an example of the exchange and cooperation between us. We certainly did face hurdles initially, but with time, things became smooth and it was really easy. The lecturers were always available on email and could be easily connected to for any queries and concerns."
