Water and Landscape - the building and its surroundings

Contents:

Based on a short historical introduction into the field of wastwater technologies the students are made familiar with the components of local watewater. in addition today common methods of wastewater discharge in buildings and building environment will be presented.
Basic considerations of novel sanitary systems will be supplemented by project and implementation samples.

Objectives:

Students will be able to identify effects that an installation of wastewater discharge and treatment may have on the architecture of the building and the building environment. They will be made familiar with possible applications of sub stream orientated sanitary systems. In addition the students will be able to see the differences comapared to conventional wastewater technology.
